Caregiver Connection

Thursdays

This support group is open to all caregivers of persons living with Autism with a focus on sharing resources, offering support, and building community. Sessions run in 8–10-week cycles offered quarterly. Sessions are general, while others may focus on a specific topic or group/age.

Neurodiversity Club

The 4th Wednesday of the month
Westfield Public Library
6:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.

This support group is open to any parents or caregivers of a neurodiverse child, not limited to autism. Join a supportive environment to share about the challenges of being a caregiver with others who understand. Groups will be led with specific topics to start conversations and resources will be shared. 

COLAS

“Caregivers of loved ones with aggressive and self-injurious behaviors”

The second Tuesday and second Thursday of the month
Virtual
7-8 p.m.

Being a caregiver of a child with intense aggressive and self-injurious behaviors can be especially challenging. This group centers on educational content and conversations on a specific topic at two different times every month. Learn more about learning how to manage the effects of challenging behaviors in a supportive environment.

Dads for Autism

The 2nd Wednesday of the month
Virtual
6:30-7:30 p.m.

This support group consists of dads with a child affected by autism. In this supportive environment, dads can share how to get through the challenges and behaviors. Specific topics are provided by leaders who are dads themselves to share with the group.
